The hotel staff provided excellent service, particularly WY who helped with my luggage. The rooftop pool is much smaller than it appears in photos.

The bathtub took ages to fill, but the room was spacious and comfy.

Rooftop pool smaller than advertised, barely 10 meters. The breakfast area felt uncomfortable due to drafty AC and ongoing pest control—left guests wondering about the situation. Corridors show age with old, smelly carpets and lack of ventilation.

this hotel is shockingly unprofessional, the room was a dirty old smoking room I didn’t book and the staff gave me major attitude. Also, I was totally expecting a nice gesture for my troubles, but apparently that only goes to other guests. I was very close to giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

The service was outstanding, especially from Mike, who was always welcoming and attentive to every need. The breakfast staff was also exceptional, contributing to a truly enjoyable stay. The hotel's location is another highlight, situated on a quiet street while still being conveniently close to all major attractions in the heart of the city.

The Roseland Sweet Hotel & Spa is a gem! The location is perfect for exploring the vibrant Japanese quarter, with easy access to restaurants and nightlife. The rooftop Jacuzzi pool offers a stunning view of Saigon, making it a delightful spot to relax. The staff, especially Mike, are fantastic, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast options are impressive, catering to all tastes, and the cleanliness of the rooms is commendable.

Clean room, accessible location, with free wi-fi in public areas making it easy to stay connected while exploring the nearby Japanese district and enjoying the convenience of 24-hour reception for any late needs.
